Clinicians include sufficient and timely documentation in their client records to facilitate the delivery and continuity of needed services. Clinicians take reasonable steps to ensure that documentation in records accurately reflects client progress and services provided. If errors are made in client records, clinicians take steps to properly note the correction of such errors according to agency or institutional policies, proper documentation is a requirement to ensure that SEARHC is able to bill accurately for services provided to client in accordance with state, federal, and insurance rules, laws and regulations.   This position is a covered position in accordance with the Indian Child Protection Act (ICPA).   Salary Range: Unlicensed: $33.41-$44.19   Licensed: $35.72-$47.38

This position is a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team and provides regular clinical supervision, ensures proper maintenance of clinical records in accordance with insurance regulations and established SEARHC policies and procedures. This position is available for after-hours in person Crisis Interventions for clients through our Hospital Emergency Room or Police Department or by phone as needed at any SEARHC location within the Behavioral Health Division.    Clinicians who are not yet licensed will receive clinical supervision that meets the requirements stated under the specific license that one is becoming licensed in with documentation of the supervision kept on each person. Clinicians not licensed will provide structured chemical dependency and mental health services with a focus in supervision on providing the appropriate delivery of twelve core functions:  Screening, intake, orientation, assessment, treatment planning, therapy, case management, crisis intervention, client education, referral, reports and records keeping, and consultation.

POSITION SUMMARY This position functions within the SEARHC Behavioral Health department to provide substance use treatment services for the SEARHC Intensive Substance Abuse and Addiction (ISAAT) program. The Chemical Dependency Counselor (CDC) role includes provision of the following services: screening, assessment, treatment planning, referral management, counseling, crisis support, case management and other recovery supportive services. ISAAT services are provided through individual, group, and family services, including telehealth platforms.   POSITION COMPLEXITIES A CDC position requires a thorough understanding of substance abuse and dependency, as well as a familiarity and aptitude in implementation of evidence-based interventions and treatment strategies for effective disease management. The CDC provider responsibilities include screening, assessment, treatment planning, referral management, counseling, crisis support, case management and other recovery supportive services. This role also requires the aptitude, and/or the ability to develop the skills required, to complete necessary oral and written communication and documentation in the electronic health record. Position responsibilities include a responsibility to provide consultation to assist other staff members throughout the consortium in substance abuse and dependency related care needs.      CDC I Salary Range: $27.12 – 35.54/hr. CDC II Salary Range: $31.11 – $40.99/hr.

The Clinical Assistant must be able to multitask and prioritize duties, as the pace is often rapid with pressure to efficiently complete assignments and keep clinic flow moving well. The Clinical Assistant must be able to recognize signs and symptoms that may require immediate attention. The duties of the Clinical Assistant III require more critical judgment in complex and variable situations. Requires attention to detail in order to accurately collect patient data, complete patient documentation, maintain logs, and comply with regulatory requirements. Required to work with staff and patients of different backgrounds and educational levels and the CA must be able to communicate clearly. This position provides vision, leadership, and policy for SEARHC Pharmacy Services. The scope includes identification, facilitation, and implementation of strategies to improve medication related patient care, pharmacy operations, costs, and utilization of drugs. It also acts as the liaison between operations, finance, and pharmacy services to ensure clinical, operational, and savings initiatives are aligned. This position directs pharmacy services at five outpatient pharmacies, two hospital pharmacies, two LTC facilities, two Opioid Treatment Programs, and multiple drug rooms in rural clinics.   The Director of Pharmacy oversees all consortium pharmacy services.  The performance of pharmacy services has a direct and significant impact on the health care delivered by the Consortium and to individual patients. The incumbent may deliver direct patient services, but it is done infrequently; the major duties are supervisory and managerial in nature. Work is performed independently with no day to day or direct supervision, serves as advisor to administration on all legal and accreditation requirements as related to drugs and pharmacy. Responsible for the preparation and administration of policies and procedures governing pharmacy operations and the facilities use of medication.  Performs in a professional manner, respects confidentiality, and demonstrates qualities endorsed by following the seven Standards for Service Excellence outlined in the SEARHC Human Resources Manual.   The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for all aspects of the Pharmacy Service’s operations and budget. Must make decisions on how to best allocate pharmacy resources to benefit our customers in the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective manner. Judgment affects the outcome of direct patient care processes which can literally be the difference in life or death. Incumbent must manage logistics of providing pharmaceuticals to a large remote geographical area that is not accessible by roads. Judgment not only affects the employees working in the consortium pharmacies, but all SEARHC providers and nurses and their ability to function effectively. Failure in judgment can result in the waste of a significant amount of resources.  Incumbent is responsible for the labor and operating budgets of all pharmacy locations.  Responsible for retaining all records as required by State Board of Pharmacy and Federal Agencies.   Pay range $191,755.20 -  $234,374.00 DOE. $35K sign on and $10K relocation!
