The Advanced Practice Professional (NP-PA) provides comprehensive family medicine services within the scope of training and experience to people of all ages and genders. In addition, depending upon the location and needs of the particular community served, the Provider participates in shared after-hours emergency call coverage. Medical care provided is consistent with SEARHC policy and procedure, Medical Staff Bylaws, and nationally recognized medical standards of care.
Seeking an APP that is intersted in intermittent work assignments in various Southeast communities including: Juneau, Sitka, Angoon, Hoonah, Haines, Klawock, Gustavus, Hydaburg and Kake.
We are currently looking for a Advanced Community Health Aide or Community Health Practitioner for our Multiple locations in Southeast Alaska.

This position is intended to funtion as an intermittent provider at various primary care clinics within the organization.
The Intermittent Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive family medicine services within the scope of training and experience to people of all ages and genders. In addition, depending upon the needs of the particular community, the Physician participates in shared after- hours emergency call coverage. Medical care provided is consistent with SEARHC policy and procedure, Medical Staff Bylaws, and nationally recognized medical standards of care.

The Advanced Practice Professional (NP-PA) provides comprehensive family medicine services within the scope of training and experience to people of all ages and genders.
Salary: $66.25-$99.24 per hour DOE + Geographic Pay, Relocation & Retention Incentives & Loan Repayment Options.
Provides professional nursing care to patients of all ages from infant to elderly including after hours urgent/emergent clinic. Performs professional nursing duties utilizing the nursing process and initiating nursing actions, providing comprehensive nursing care to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and socio-cultural needs of the patient and family. Demonstrates initiatives and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks during times when patient load is light.
Must be able to identify life threatening situations quickly. Must be organized and able to coordinate all aspects of patient care to provide the highest quality of healthcare services and to promote excellent customer service. The RN makes daily decisions affecting patient access to care and direct delivery of care. Communication with the patient, primary health care provider and SEARHC support services are required. This position is under the direct supervision of the nurse manager. Employee is expected to make decisions using basic nursing knowledge and skill developed from educational experiences and training. This person is expected to function independently, be self-starting and show good judgment in decision and problem solving.

$41.83-$53.45/HR DOE plus $4/hr intermittent differential
