This position identifies and develops funding sources to maintain and expand SEARHC programs throughout the region. The grant writer is responsible for the coordination, development, writing, and submission of assigned grant proposals. The position develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the funding of identified operational and strategic priorities. The Grant Writer facilitates communication between the Planning and Development (P&D) Department, SEARHC grant managers, Finance Department, and funding source representatives to support implementation and monitoring of awarded grants. This position also provides technical assistance to grant managers in support of effective grant management and timely high-quality grant reporting. This position involves preparing and submitting multiple complex proposals and grant application projects simultaneously and requires a highly organized approach to produce a quality work product within tight time constraints. This position must identify funding sources and work with program staff to develop effective proposals, plans, and budgets that support SEARHC strategic priorities. The position supports multiple departments and individuals to build their capacity around grant writing and grant reporting.   Pay range $64,698.00 to $78,405.00, DOE. UP to $7,500K sign on and up to $10K relocation.

The Systems Administrator II supports all Systems and Infrastructure for SEARHC, within both internal and cloud platforms.  Performing complex maintenance tasks independently such as installing new infrastructure components, reviewing, and approving system documentation and procedures, planning software and firmware updates of Infrastructure components, while upholding the security configurations within these systems. The Systems Administrator II provides Tier 3 support to resolve issues that are assigned to the Systems Infrastructure team. Being able to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to new ideas and new methodologies is a must.  This position is expected to participate in the critical system support structure with other IT departments. The Systems Administrator II is expected to function with a very high degree of autonomy and self-direction once assigned work.    Position can be located in either Juneau or Remote.

This position is responsible for the financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, managed care contracting analytics and business analysis.  This position will also collaborate with the Information Systems team, along with other key stakeholders, to implement, upgrade, optimize and ensure data integrity of various statistical and financial systems utilized across the Consortium. The position assists in the annual operating and capital budgeting process, develops and implements standard reporting, analytical tools, strategic and operating forecasts and benchmarking, and is the finance lead on all major contracts/business and financial feasibility studies to support organizational decision making.  This individual supports the analytical aspects of treasury functions.  In collaboration with the Director of Finance and other finance leadership colleagues, this position is responsible to ensure the proliferation and refresh of key financial principles across the organization to support compliance with financial policies & procedures, auditing and testing of internal financial controls, and assist areas in understanding how to better leverage available information to enhance efficiencies and monitor performance against budgets.  Lead/support the integration/realization of financial synergies of various strategic projects including mergers, acquisitions, de novo business introductions, divestitures or closures and other related projects.  This individual will facilitate the production of regular board materials and other standard presentations. Will work closely with the Corporate Controller to assure strong linkage of data reported and budgeted results.   This position has a couple of significant complexities.  First this leader is partially responsible for the education of managers and staff throughout the consortium on how to both use the tools for the budget as well as how to interpret utilization, financial and revenue cycle reporting data to managers and staff of varying knowledge base in these areas and serve as a counsel in identifying and realizing value enhancement opportunities.  Secondly, this position is responsible for ensuring the continuous data integrity from systems utilized in day-to-day activities.  This may include working with key IT staff to diagnose and remedy integrity issues.  There may also be instances where the position will be a key active participant in the implementation of systems.
