Under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Analyst’s primary responsibility is to research and enter invoices accurately into the financial system, document appropriate approvals, “post” approved invoices to the payment cycle and ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner. The Analyst will employ appropriate accounting/audit/compliance controls and prepare and store supporting schedules and documents to that effect. The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and escalating issues with the technology to the Manager and support the development and implementation of solutions to further efficiencies of the Consortium’s processes. The analyst will be a resource to employees, managers and vendors for questions, education, training and improvement opportunities; the Analyst will perform/engage in these activities in a professional and collaborative manner.
Independently analyze and evaluate policies, regulations and other information in order to carry out tasks and provide guidance to managers, employees and vendors with inquiries. This position is responsible for obtaining all approvals and authorizations prior to processing invoices for payment.
Salary: $21.29-$26.55 per hour, DOE
Support the manager and department by mastering Workday, UKG Dimensions, analyze and troubleshoot payroll related issues. In addition analyst will serve, as backup for the routine payroll process.

This position provides a variety of treatment services including individual, group, family, and marital therapy to all clients from birth to elder. This position also provides clinical services such as intake/diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention; as well as acts as a liaison with other agencies as required. This position is a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team and provides regular clinical supervision, ensures proper maintenance of clinical records in accordance with insurance regulations and established SEARHC policies and procedures. A clinician ensures that clinical productivity standards as established and followed. This position is available for after-hours in person Crisis Interventions for clients through our Hospital Emergency Room or Police Department or by phone as needed at any SEARHC location within the Behavioral Health Division.
Clinicians who are not yet licensed will receive clinical supervision that meets the requirements stated under the specific license that one is becoming licensed in with documentation of the supervision kept on each person. This position will be based in one of the SEARHC Rehabilitation Services settings (hospital, outpatient clinic or home health) and will have a varied focus depending on the location and the local need. The primary focus will be to provide general Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations and treatments which impact patient’s functional abilities. Physical therapy is a core service provided by this healthcare organization. The therapist performs in a professional manner, respects confidentiality, and demonstrates qualities endorsed by following the Seven Standards for Service Excellence outlined in the SEARHC Human Resources Manual. Services are to be provided in compliance with hospital standards, licensure requirements, regulatory and practice standards of Physical Therapy and the national professional guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Physical therapists are health care professionals responsible and accountable for patient assessment, evaluation, establishing a plan of care and theraputic interventions for a wide range of ages with widely varying diagnoses and skills needs who present with a full spectrum of movement abilities, dysfunctions and complexities. The clinician needs to be able to inform clinical teams regarding decisions that involve physical therapy while taking into consideration consultation provided by other care providers. As patients are seen, recommendations may be made regarding their level of independence and rehabilitation needs which may impact services, care placement and further treatment. The Clinical Assistant-III performs all of the job duties of the Clinical Assistant II, in addition the Clinical Assistant-III applies a more extensive knowledge of medical practice and terminology and judgment based on greater clinical experience. The more technical duties of the Clinical Assistant III require a higher level of training, competency or specific certification. CA III must process provider orders pertaining to diagnostic tests, referrals and other patient data that involves non-routine problems, timely and accurately.
The Clinical Assistant III provides care to infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, adults and elderly in an ambulatory care clinic. This position is essential in maintaining efficient clinic operations and patient flow in order to maximize the provider’s time and to insure access to care. Clinical Assistants perform administrative duties, data management and handle basic clinical tasks. This information is recorded in patients’ chart along with patient’s medical history. This position works closely with providers giving support such as rooming patients, performing Point of Care Testing (POCT), start and administer IV fluids and provide immunizations and other injections within the scope of practice certification, ECC monitoring and defibrillation, answering phones, processing provider orders data entry and participation in training processes. Must be able to make independent decisions within scope of practice based on experience and good judgment and be self-starting and require little guidance to keep busy.
