The position provides high level administrative support to the Clinic Director and to provide back up to the administrative positions in the Dental division during absences or when there is a back log of work in the facility.
Assesses and prioritizes between the functions. The person in this position needs to be highly efficient, detailed oriented, have excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills both verbal and written word. Continually multi-tasking, and work with some independence in completing assigned projects/program management. Position coordinates efforts with different departments within SEARHC and outside organizations. This is a fast-paced position with pressure and multiple demands. In the role of back-up to would have some responsibilities for maintaining records.
