Provide overall administrative leadership and operational support for multiple SEARHC Dental clinics. This position requires the Operations Manager to facilitate collaboration between Dental clinics and other SEARHC departments as well as ensuring the Dental clinics are aligned with Consortium-wide policies & procedures. Supervisory responsibilities include: resolving employee and patient concerns, encouraging teamwork, overseeing staff and the disciplinary process, conducting monthly standing meetings to promote communication, and performing annual performance reviews for assigned employees. The Operations Manager is responsible for achieving strategic goals and meeting metrics set forth by management, assuring ongoing quality improvement, responsible for continuously meeting accreditation requirements, analyzing workflows and conducting process improvement initiatives, and monitoring finances and purchases. The Operations Manager will work alongside the respective Clinical Director and management team to lead the region. The Operations Manager will be assigned as the project lead and trainer for initiatives management pushes forth. Other duties as assigned.
The Operations Manager exhibits good judgment and administrative skills for effecting positive changes and delegate’s responsibility to appropriate managers and staff. This position assures patient-centered health service delivery of the highest possible quality.
