Provides administrative and secretarial assistance to the SVP/Chief of Operations, Directors and Managers as directed by the COO. This assistance includes all communications that involve the SVP/Chief of Operations Office and coordination of various special projects. The Executive Assistant will need to be able to quickly change project or job focus on a regular basis due to the multiple requirements of the position and the multiple and extensive customers the position will need to provide responses to and/or assist.
